Pour notre séjour en voiture, nous avons trouvé un hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité du centre-ville. De plus, les lits étaient extrêmement confortables, ce qui était parfait après une longue journée de voyage. La chambre était agréable et spacieuse, offrant un espace de détente bien nécessaire. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était de très bonne qualité, avec un large choix de produits. Le personnel était globalement gentil et serviable, bien que certains aient manqué de professionnalisme.
Nous avons été déçus par l'incompétence de certains membres du personnel, qui ont fait preuve d'une mauvaise organisation et d'une gestion décevante de la relation client. Ce manque de professionnalisme a entaché notre séjour et a été frustrant à vivre.

Convenient location in the heart of a charming old town, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. Cosy, vintage-style apartment with wooden floors and ample storage space. Suitable for families or groups, with a separate WC. Relaxing sitting room for leisure activities. Helpful and friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is right in the heart of the tourist area, surrounded by plenty of sights to see and a vibrant night life. There are so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the local cuisine.
